Current news topics are good subjects such as: Narcotraficantes, shoot-outs (baleceras o balazos), smugglers, traffic (transito) and issues on how to cross (cruzar).

We try to avoid use of words like wetback, gringo, puñatero, pendejo, cabron, mojado, mojada, et cetera but they are not entirely ruled out.

Local interest topics are good too.  Such as bars (bares) and clubs (clubes) in Tijuana.  For examples Adelitas, Tropical, Hong Kong, La Tropa, Bambis, Unicornio, Rio Rosa, Las Chavelas,Chicago Club, Miami, La Carreta, Animale, Caribean, Iguanas y Ranas, Las Pulgas, Titanic Bar, Siete de Copas and Cueva del Peludo to name a few.  Most places on Avenida Revolucion are a rip-off though.
